Some Indian Wells City Ordinances you should know about as a homeowner:

     Rentals of your home for a period of less than 30 days are not permitted.

     Palm trees in your courtyard must be trimmed annually; date palms by June 30 and other palms by July 31.

     Construction and landscape noise restrictions limit these activities to:

          Monday-Friday 7am to 5pm;

          Saturday 8am to 5pm;

          No such work is permitted on Sundays and holidays.
