Parking
Residents are expected to keep their vehicles parked in their garage. Parking in the street overnight is prohibited except in special cases as described.
GUEST parking on the street is allowed if the homeowner's garage has at least one car parked in it, and the driveway is also filled with parked cars (residents' and/or guests' cars) before overnight guest street parking is allowed.
Owner must request a Guest Pass from Property Management subject to Board approval for the guest to park on the street for a limited amount of time as determined by the Board. Resident overnight street parking is not permitted.
The Guest Pass request may be completed on Town Square, in which case it will be sent to Property Management automatically. Upon approval by the Board, the applicant will be notified. No physical permit or sticker is issued.
