LIVING IN A HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION

Welcome to Los Lagos!  A community designed by world famous architect Barry Berkus. Los Lagos is an exceptional and captivating community to reside in. The homeowners association (HOA) is dedicated to keeping our community safe and attractive for all our residents. Therefor all changes to your home or landscaping that are visible from the common areas must be approved before starting per our community CC&Rs. If you are new to living in an HOA managed community knowing what you can do, what you cannot and how to gain approval for improvements can be daunting. If you have lived in an HOA community it can still be hard to know how to find answers to your questions and how to gain approvals. We strive to make working with your HOA as easy, transparent and responsive as possible.

WHAT DO YOU WANT TO DO?

~ Change the outside appearance of my home. Form: Architectural Application

     Examples: New exterior lighting, replace windows or doors

~ Change the landscaping in common area by my home. Form: Landscape Form

     Examples: Desert landscaping, replace old rose bushes

~ Paint the exterior of my home. Form: Paint Form

     Examples: Repaint in existing colors, repaint using new color scheme.

~ Notification that I am making changes on the inside of my home or side yard. Form:

     Examples: Replacing floors, kitchen renovation, swimming pool

~ Get a Guest Parking Pass Form: Parking Permit

     Example: Need parking for house guest for one week

~ Report a problem in the common area. Form: Maintenance Request

     Examples: broken sprinkler head, dead tree
